There are so many great food/drink Advent calendars on the market - just a few I saw last year were David's Tea, Godiva chocolates, and two drink varieties, beer and wine. It would be fun to make your own as well - you could even take it to the gag gift level with 24 days of canned vegetables or something like that!

I'll have to look for Lindt's this year, I love their chocolate.

I have never thought of adults advent calendars. None of my family drink so that takes out the wine etc.
I have given my mum an advent calendar that contains a tea light holder and 24 small tea light candles in different scents. Got it from KMart

Katrina I've done my own for the past few years… one night is a yoga routine before bedtime, one is a Christmas movie night, one is reading a Christmas magazine, lighting a candle…. etc...

I've never done a food and drink variety. Some flavored hot chocolates might be a fun one to make as a DIY...or gather up single packet hot chocolates. I like that idea actually. Might be a good idea for my niece who is out on a mission. Easy to mail!

Lucie, some great ideas here, certainly something to think about.
