1 ½ cups of Chocolate milk
1 Cup of dry hot chocolate mix, flavor and brand of choice
3-4 cups cubed ice
Whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles or shavings for garnish, if desired.
Add the milk, hot chocolate mix, and ice in the order listed to a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and garnish.
Diedra’s Frozen Hot Chocolate
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 package Hot Cocoa Mix
2 Tablespoons butter
1/3 cup Chocolate chips
1/3 cup White Chocolate Chips
12 ounce can Evaporated Milk
4 1/2 cups ice
Topping
Whipped Cream
Mini Marshmallows
Combine sugar, cocoa mix, and butter in pan over very low heat. Stir often until melted and mixed. Add both of the chips and stir. When chips are almost melted, slowly add 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Stir until smooth. Cool. Save until ready to serve.
Combine the mixture, rest of Evaporated milk and ice to a blender. Blend just until smooth. Top with whipped cream and marshmallows.
Serves two to four people or one MHH person
