I've got 2 curved Santas too... they are my favorite!
I never heard of curved Santas until this thread!
looking fwd to it. got a little emotional a few min ago when i was taking more stuff down. i love christmas and like to decorate .
I understand. I've found celebrating the full 12 days of Christmas has helped me a lot. I need those 12 days. By yesterday, I was feeling ready to put away "Christmas." I still keep up anything that transitions into winter including my greenery, white lights, and pops of red/white until February. Then I add in Valentine's Day.

I also get sad taking down Christmas decorations, I have so many that remind me of my Mother and MIL and Grandmothers . It's what makes me look forward to next year when I get to bring those memories back again:)
Debbie, What beautiful memories you have. I am glad that you get to relive them every year.

OH Faye, I can sympathise. It makes me kind of sad that Christmas is so far away.
I love so many things about Christmas, the planning, the memories, the traditions, the Spirit, the fact that people are generally nicer.
I just wish that the feelings of Christmas could last all year long.

Happy Rudy day peeps.....Hard to believe this time last month was Christmas Day :)
I am at that stage where I feel that Christmas was soooo long ago. Has it only been a month?

I keep finding things that I forgot to pack away -- an ornament here, a dishtowel there, a platter, a pillow cover I forgot to remove ... Anyone else? I feel I need to have an extra bin for all these "leftovers."

Found two wayward ornaments today. Put them in the end table drawer because all the totes are in the storage building at the old house.

Yes...hard to believe it's been a month!
