In front of my computer
This is my mother’s recipe she fixed. She said you needed to serve fish and/or seafood for New Years.
What recipe to do use for your New Year’s meal?

Seafood Casserole
1 can (tuna fish can size) lobster meat (drained but keep the liquid)
1 can (tuna fish can size) lump crab meat (drained but keep the liquid)
1 can tiny shrimp, drained
Any leftover white fish or a small piece of cooked fish

Make a cream sauce, Use some the kept canned liquid for extra flavor. Add 1 cup grated American cheese and the seafood. Heat until hot.

Serve over rice and make a nice salad.

Mom had scallop shaped dishes she put this in and boiled until the top was a little browned.
Can use fresh lobster tail, shrimp and/or crabmeat. Just spice up the sauce a little.

I don't usually always make something. But this year, I bought some black eyed peas and rice!
