Country supper

Cathymac we had your country supper recipe today. The house smelled sooo delicious while this was cooking.

We couldn't find a bell pepper we liked the looks of. So we caremalized the onions added the potatoes, then smoked sausage when potatoes we about done. Also put some bacon bits in ours simple, easy, delicious supper all in one pan. Thank you
