The month is almost gone!!!

This afternoon I went for a sewing lesson. Basically it was just discussing the pages on the sewing screen. We won't go over any sewing but just how the machine gets you to the things you would need to know about it. The lessons will be for the embroidery part and the IQ part. I will practice moving around in the sewing area and exploring all the stitches and how to change width and all.

Will try to do the disappearing bag this week.

What are you all working on?

Happy Crafting--My Friends!

Greetings!

I'm hoping to use Rudy Day this week (although it won't be on Tuesday for me since we will be travelling), to finish up some little Christmas card tuck-ins. I'm also very close to finishing knitting on a butterfly cowl, but I will need to get new needles to be able to finish it. I'm working on a couple CCS WIPs that I also hope to give some attention to. As far as sewing goes, I hope to make myself another kitchen boa, as I seem to really like the first one I made. The second one will have a fall theme, so I'll still need to make another un-themed one to be used anytime, so I'll have a spare when one is in the wash. I figure I will have to wash them occasionally. LOL

What a wonderful looking sock, so bright.

I am hoping to finish the CCS bookmark this week, I don't know why I just don't sit and finish it.
Would like to find a new project to start

Love the socks and the paintings!
Cut out and stabilized most of the purse and wallet sets for the auction. Was trying to work from my stash but I came up a little short. The navy fabric that matches is wonky. It might have came from moms but it went to the donation pile anyways. The grunge fabric I knew I had was only a scrap so I went shopping!
Husband took me to Amish country. Didn’t find the fabric I wanted but I did get some bag hardware. We stoped at the new leather shop, I need to stay out of there! I bought 3 beautiful pieces of leather for bag making. My husband decided he wanted to take a belt making class so I’m taking it with him. Should be a fun date and a good excuse to shop a few of the fabric shops too!

I think I finally figured out the basic Tunisian crochet stitch so I will work on that for a while.
