Starting into the "BER" months of crafting!

I need to dig out my item that I want to try to do for the 12 Days of Christmas Swap. My mom made them for gifts a few years back and I want to try it.

Would like to try some of the yarn pumpkins that Mary showed on the Fall Decorating post. Will see if I am going to decorate or not.

What are your plans for the week?

HAPPY HAPPY CRAFTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now that I am finished the bunting I need to complete the paper pom poms, this should not take too long. I have tidied my craftroom and i am ready to get some crafting done. Just need to decide where to start.

Being that it's the end of August and my list has grown over the pass month I sat down this morning to figure out my plans to get things done. I have one big item to knit for Christmas and must work on it while DH is at work and work on other stuff when he's home.
With that in mind this week plans:
(X)sewn in ends on shawl
(X)wash/block shawl
(X)decide on pattern for cross stitch bookmark--get supplies together
(X)make a gauge sample for DH sweater
(X)pull out needles/yarn for hats--projects for when DH is home.

I am working on sons blanket, it is a long term project as I crochet very slowly ;)
On Friday I am hoping to stop into a craft store and the dollar store and pick up some items to start the gift tags for Christmas presents and some yarn to crochet dishcloths.

Working on cutting out my quilt. Lots of less than 2 inch squares to cut. Since I’m using up odds and ends lots of fussing. I’ll cut the back ground tomorrow. I think I’ll wait to make the border but at least I have a plan for that and the binding.

I want to finish the crochet scarf this week and determine exactly my Christmas ornament. Since I find I am so late in doing them this year I will pick a simple but cute one... probably felt mittens.

My Pinterest board is getting a work out. Adding a lot of ideas. I know though that I have to be sensible, there is no way that I could accomplish all that I have saved in there. ;)

Katrina I have way more ideas on Pinterest that I could ever do it a few life times so don’t feel bad. It’s a great place to go for ideas.

shawl is finished and blocked. Leaving it layer out for a extra day or two to make sure it’s good an dry before putting it away. Picture is on my blog along with a couple other items.
The swatch is done for DH sweater so I can start on it tomorro. DH is off work today.
Have decided on bookmark design and will get the supplies together later today..
