Finish 3 pine cones.
Finish 26 square quilted Christmas ornaments.
Get things wrapped and mailed off!

DGD is coming today and we're making Christmas cookies, applesauce cinnamon Christmas ornaments and salt dough ornaments.

I have to trace DGS's hands and feet to make reindeer ornaments to go with DGD's Santa hand ornament from last year.

And the apple butter has to get into jars.

And the Christmas decorations have to go up.

And...I think as my present this year, I'm going to get one of great uncle's pictures framed.

update
Well, the DGKS came, and it was insanity -- so I gathered up everything and sent it home with DDIL to make cookies and ornaments over the next two weeks with the DGKS. They were waiting on her SIL to go get Christmas pictures taken with Santa, but SIL never showed and DDIL had to take off while the DGKS were in a good mood.

I got five quilted ornaments finished, and got eight jars of apple butter jarred and sealed.

update 12/5
While looking for the jar of Christmas buttons, I found the panel to make the Christmas ornaments for next year. It made me excited and now I've added "find Christmas red or Christmas green plain yard of material at the 4-H fabric sale" to my list of things to do.

Update 12/6
Pinecone door hangers are done! Done! Done!!!! -- and I had a moment of brilliance yesterday! I went to the box store to get boxes to ship three of them, and one 6x6x8 box was $5.99 -- so I didn't buy them. I came back to work, and someone was dropping off fabric for the February Fabric sale, and they had one of those video shoebox things with notions in it. I saw it and dumped out everything in it in a plastic bag, then took my test pinecone and put it in the box -- with a little stuffing around it, it fits fine! So today I'm back at the Dollar Store and getting three plastic shoe boxes to ship my pinecone door hangers. Additionally, the recipients can use the boxes for storing them for future use.

Y'all sound busy finishing up last minute crafting! It's monogramming season for me, so it's been a busy week. I'm cutting off orders by the 15th so I can have some time to get my things finished around here.

Lana - have you started to open the 12 days swap things yet? I hope you will post them on your blog for us to see!!

I have my knitting group this morning. I'm working on a wrap that is probably going to take me a very long time to complete. Luckily I'm in no hurry, I just enjoy spending time with the group for two hours.

Have a great week!!

Sierra Mtns and Jampss, I really proud of you guys for getting stuff done.

I am sure there are more out there and they just aren't posting.

Carol, there is no place around here that has knitting classes. You remind me of the Debbie MacComber (sp. blotched that sp.) books.

No, I think it is the 12th that we start opening the gifts Carol. Ryan numbered them for me (so I don't have to decide which one to open--easier for me that way!) They are all around the feet of my 5' Santa.

Lana - I think it was the books that got me interested in learning to knit! I just signed up for a sock knit along on a website. I pinned it on my pinterest. I've never done one of these before - it will be interesting...
