Hello.... Sorry for the late start...Power was out about 3 hours this a.m..

I see we had a new poster-----WELCOME!!!!!

I picked up the bolt of material that was on rain check at Hobby Lobby. For 12 Days of Christmas swap.

This week I will be doing some sewing. Just not 100% sure on what yet. Do need to make a card for my oldest grandson who is turning 18 in July but need to wait till July 1st before starting it. A paper store is doing a contest where you get a kit and using their rules make something from the kit. Have the kit but must wait till the 1st before starting on it.

Greetings!

With family visits and trips over the last couple of months and into the beginning of July, my crafting is taking a back seat to meal planning and prep. I am, however, continuing with some knitting on road trips and while visiting at the lake or at Stitched Together meetings, plus some CCS in the evenings. Rather than CCS, I'm starting on some felt ornaments that are in a kit. They will be for DD#2 and DSonIL for Christmas.

Thanks. My daughter picked out the colors. I put them all out and took a photo and she picked. This is the yarn that was given to me by my friend's (who passed) daughter. This daughter has been my daughter's friend since kindergarten! So, my DD30 and I thought we would gift her back a blanket made from some of the yarn she gave me that was her mother's.
