Ber months crafting is upon us.

I have projects to do but seems no time or space to get them started. But you all know me and I do better when time is ticking down close to deadlines!!! Especially since I don't have my sewing space back.

Greetings!

Just cross-stitching at the lake. I worked on the April birthstone gnome today.

Spent the day taping rug patterns together, traced all the patterns and cut them out. I want to get the fall rug done so I can use it but I think I’m going to do that snowman project today so it’s out of my sewing room.

I'll be taking some crochet cotton to the coast. Mum is going to teach me to crochet to a pattern.

This weeks plans are to continue to knit on the wrist warmers and the appliqué quilt block. You will most likely see this being repeated for at least a couple more weeks.
DD has asked me to fix a couple backpacks so that will be first on my list his week.

I think the snow man is finished! I may change the scarf and just do a bow tie. Can’t find what I was looking for in my supplies. Want to keep him towards the blue color so he fits in the main floor bath.

When to the knitter’s fair here in town today. 80 venders and lots of yarn. One shop had Barbie yarn along with Barbie buttons. When to look for a neck lamp and came home with one. Saw a knit stitch/pattern I hadn’t seen before at one of the vendors as he was knitting away. He explained the stitch and wrote down the name of the shawl pattern for me.

Two of the houses on the quilt block now have their door and windows. One more house to go to finish that section of the block.
