(((Hugs))) Katrina, I know this will be hard not having your ds around. Hopefully you can get in a phone call or video call with your ds on Christmas.

This entire autumn has been so busy and exhausting at work and home that I couldn't pull off have Thanksgiving and a Christmas gathering. December 1999, 2020 and December 2021 were tough but I managed to pull it off. The fact that I had to wave the white flag this year is really, really tough for me. On the flip side, as exhausted as I am, I'm also taking care of myself with eating healthy, exercising, and taking time out for things that bring me joy.

Daily:
  • Exercise
  • Prayer
  • Calendar Review of Appointments/Meetings
  • Reading
  • Writing
  • Coffee Prep for the next day
  • Lunch Prep for the next day
  • Breakfast Prep for the next day

Weekly:
  • Outfit Planning for this week
  • Menu Planning for this week
  • Meal Prep for this week
  • Dust/Vacuum/Mop
  • Bills
  • Laundry
  • Groceries
  • End of Last Week Reflection
  • Set Research/Writing Goals

Monthly:
  • Bedroom
  • Dust.
  • Vacuum.
  • Clean Windows.
  • Declutter room.
  • Shred papers.
HHP: Week 16 list

Thank you. I am OK now but I know that I will be feeling it on Christmas day. I am hoping to get in a good chat.

I am proud of you for keeping your own well being as a priority. I hope that the week ahead is full of joy.
