Moving my list for this week to this thread, so I've got a complete list for the month, should I ever need to look back.

Nov. 27 - Dec. 3, 2022
Monday --
crock pot chicken thighs, rice or stuffing, corn, salad
Tuesday -- BBQ pork roast, sweet potato, leftover corn made into corn casserole, coleslaw
Wednesday -- going to start a Weds. Souper Supper for the winter and open it up to friends. Broccoli cheddar soup, salad, bread and/or crackers
Thursday -- Cavatapi, salad, garlic bread
Friday -- dinner with friends from Bible Study and Book Club after tree lighting in a neighboring suburb
Saturday -- steak on the grill, baked potato, salad

This month will be trying to use down items in the pantry before they expire. I bought some things during the pandemic that we haven't used. I made myself discard some this week - things that no longer had a good flavor. They weren't expired, per se, just didn't taste fresh.

The menu is going to be a night to night decision, I think, depending on what in there and what I feel like cooking.

Used Pam’s idea for Chicken in Mushroom Garlic Sauce
Chicken something (used Pam’s menu idea)
I was going to use two cans of Cream of Chicken with Roasted Garlic yesterday but my grocery store had a run on that one, the shelf was completely empty. I had one can with Roasted Garlic so I added a can of Cream of Chicken with Herbs and the combination of the two was delicious.

We are eating out of the pantry/freezer. Lots of leftovers from DH's work meeting and sports gang food and my moms potluck on Sat afternoon.

I am in a bit of a funk. I find it so much easier to cook in the Winter than to find ideas for the Summer. I might go back and look at the menus plans here for July and August and see what inspiration I can get.
