5. Just me - made a CrockPot of Chicken in Mushroom-Garlic Sauce on Sunday for me to eat while Vic's away so that was dinner with rice

8. Orange Chicken (frozen from Costco), egg rolls (from Costco), rice Ran errands so picked up takeaway Chinese
9. Dessert evening at church so afternoon tea for me, Vic ate leftover Chinese

Flank Steak, Roast Potatoes with Gravy, Mushrooms Small group finger foods potluck/game night - we brought lumpia, there was a veggie tray as well as some kind of sausage (Hickory Farms summer sausage, I think) with cheese and crackers and a box of sea salt caramels - we were still hungry when we got home so we heated up the leftover lumpia in the air fryer!

Monday -- chicken in the crock pot, rice, salad
Tuesday -- bufffalo chicken panini, coleslaw
Wednesday -- baked acorn squash stuffed with apples and sausage, coleslaw
Thursday -- leftovers (lunch with friends, so will havel something light for dinner)
Friday -- pizza, salad
Saturday -- Christmas Eve dinner at my chef-friend's house
Sunday -- Christmas dinner w/ ham, turkey, and the fixings

Monday -- scalloped potatoes and ham, salad, leftover green bean casserole
Tuesday -- turkey a'la king, salad
Wednesday -- Souper Supper -- split pea soup with ham, ham and swiss paninis, salad
Thursday -- Western quiche (ham, peppers, onion, cheese), potato pancakes (to use up leftover mashed potatoes)
Friday -- turkey, stuffing, cranberries, vegetable
Saturday -- assorted appetizers for a NYE at home
