Friday~Steak and Baked Potatoes
Saturday~Kielbasa and Kraut

Yikes. I feel I have no bandwith (The Minimal Mom's expression) to figure out menu plans ... sigh ...

I know we are eating a lot of leftovers ....

New Year's Day .... back to the meatloaf and mac & cheese ... the meatloaf is a Cracker Barrel knock off. We loved it.

I'm craving some of my curry-ish soups right now but DH doesn't like them, so I'm going to make them for myself when we have leftovers for DH to eat. Then the leftover soups I will also have for lunches and can share with Kathy when we have lunch together. My favorites are: Mulligatawny; Carrot-ginger soup; and Morrocan lentil soup. I also have a new recipe I want to try called Immunity Boosting Soup (sweet potato, chickpea and lentil). It's not those ingredients DH doesn't like, it's the spices the recipes call for (Thai).
