You found them at Walmart? I haven't been able to find any there.

I got the passports almost done and working on the letters. I bought material for their sleeping bags that I still need to make, I'm working on the snow

Wal-mart has Rudolph's and the girl reindeer from rudolph(I forget her name) The are $6 each and a good size for the 'sears' elf. Canadian tire has gift card holders that are plush reindeer for 2.99.

- Tommorrow I am going to round up all 24 gifts and wrap them
- Need to still find a box/bag for gifts to be in
- Write an intro letter for Saturday

liltattoo, I never even thought about the problem of telling the reindeers apart. I love your idea of attaching a different ornament to each of them - that's so cute!
I have some mini lightbulb ornaments in different colors that I could attach around each of their necks. Thanks for the idea
