I love this post. I got the neatest surprise this past Saturday. I had not gone to Zumba class in a LONG time. I decided to go and she had a "Christmas in July" class.

Those are great tips. I get lots of exercising in when cleaning. I walk back and forth through my house so much I started wearing one of those counters on my hip. Those numbers really add up.
