I think I am going to try the first one this week. I always keep one day a week open in my menu planning to try a new recipe.

The others sound really good also. Will definitely try them on the Fall Menu Challenge.

I'm the same way. I've already started planning my monthly menu. I do much better in Fall and winter than I do in warmer months.

My fall menu plan is ready! for september, october & november. there might be a few switchng around but basicaly it's done. I do menu plan 1 week in advance but this much is unheard of. However I realize it gives me more of a variety this way and I tried to plan 1 day a week for the crockpot... crockpot Thursday!
