Saturday will be Swedish pancakes with Lingonberry sauce.
This reminds me of going to IKEA ... only place I have ever heard of 'lingonberry'. What are Swedish pancakes?

More like a crepe than a bread pancake.
3 eggs
4 Tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
can add some cinnamon and a tablespoon sugar
Should be the consistency of heavy cream (unwhipped)
Adjust flour and milk if needed so they do not break.
Flip once.

So. It's just eggs in sauce? I have made Bechamel ..... I like the idea of hard boiled eggs. I think I will try this! :)

Jampss, sorry did not see the message before this. Yes, just bechamel with hardboiled eggs. DH likes it served over vol-aux-vents, but at home we used to eat it with toasts.

Monday - cabbage rolls
Tuesday - Hachis (not done last week) ... cubed cooked chicken, cubed potatoes in gravy, salt & pepper... used to put onions but can't digest them anymore.
Wednesday - spaghetti with homemade meat sauce
Thursday - grilled cheese
Friday?
