What will everyone part with this month?

I have 3 magazines from 2021 in the recycling bin.

I can tell what months and years I must have been busy.
When I grab a set of magazines together, they are always the same month and year.

I will track my "keeping the kitchen free of clutter" here. I did great in January. But saw little instances where it was starting to, ever so slightly, slip away. It's insidious how it creeps back in.

Kitchen picked up and free of clutter:

Week of February 2-8:
M, T, W, Th, F, Sat, Sun

Week of February 9-15:
M, T, W, Th, Sat, Sun

Week of February 16-22:
M, T, W, Th, Fri, Sat, Sun

Week of February 23-March 1:
M, T, W, Th, F, Sat, Sun

I have a charity pick up scheduled for 2/17 and a box started. I hope to fill it with some clothing we decided to replace. I still have drawers and closets to go through as I was stalled last week with DGD's visit. I hope to get to the rest of it this week. I find doing it 15 mins at a time really gets a lot done. Knowing I have only 15 mins to do the work makes decision-making quick. Yes or no. I will let you know how I do.

Envy the ones of you that have pickups. We do not in this area.

I feel that I did pretty good in January and hoping it continues!

Today I have found more paper to get out.

Went through 2 bags of clothes and separated to go to consignment and one to donate to the thrift store.

1 computer to drop at Best Buy in Monroe tomorrow (taking day off for many errands and a diabetes check up)

Added 2 shirts to consignment store bag - they should start taking donations in a couple of weeks, only spring and summer.

Have been doing good with the "hanger turn around" project. Haven't been going and doing much with the cold weather, so curious how true to what I really wear it will be.

Several more magazines into the discard box, have about 7 or 8 more to go through. Probably not today!

We dropped off lots of stuff earlier this week to the thrift shop. Some of ours, but mostly from my friend.

Went through 2 bins of stuff from mom's... one is ready for thrift shop. The other is Christmas items, might have to wait with that. Have kept some stuff but it is outside trying to get the musty humid smell out. Got a few more books from mom's to drop off too.

Threw away old bills from '25 when going through files to pull tax information out.
Also, worked on clearing some on my desk off and threw away old papers and papers with notes written on them.

Allen transplanted 20 Aloe Vera plants and after a week or so will try to find homes for them ( know one neighbor wants one). We did about 10 back in September. All from a tiny plant that Teigan got back in 3rd (I believe) from girl scouts. It was dying at their house and they brought it here and boy oh boy. I have a huge plant from it and a medium one. Have another green vine plant to divide too and try to find homes for.

I have several items in a box for the charity pick up on Tuesday. Sweater, flannel shirts, socks, a pair of gardening shoes, and bric-a-brac.
