As I was looking for a recipe for a gingerbread latte I stumbled upon this site. It has examples of cakes gone terribly wrong. Some are ideas that just weren't as pretty once they were realized and some are hilarious misinterpretations by the cake decorators...like the one that says "Abbreviate Nov. and Dec. if you have to" right on the cake.

Those were so funny.

Now the important question----did you find the gingerbread latte recipe? If so, please share.

Ha! Some of those were hilarious. And her commentary made it even funnier.

*Sigh* I knew as I typed that that I should have made another post about the gingerbread latte. lol.

http://bakingbites.com/2007/11/gingerbread-latte/ <-- Haven't tried it yet. Calls for molasses. Where I used to live you could buy 4L of molasses even at a corner store, and here all you can buy are these small little cartons....

Oddly enough I stumbled across this site earlier this morning. I was sharing it with my husband and we were both laughing. I would be pretty bummed to receive one of those cakes! haha
