JoDee-Yes, it is very do-able! :)

The coordinator picks different things to track. One time we had to track protein servings.
But always, just a few things.

Well another year done.
I have put on a little weight over Christmas, I am not surprised as my eating and snacking choices have not been the best.
I have not put on so much that I can not pull it back but I just have to get back on the wagon and start again.

Hopefully the lessons that I learned in 2021 will see me through.

Happy 2022, y'all!

I went for 2 walks today! First friend called and we walked about 9:30 am. Then I had already scheduled a 12:30 pm walk with another friend. I figured I needed it with all this Christmas food that I have been eating. LOL

I am hoping I start Walking with Leslie (youtube) tomorrow. I need to get my physical strength back as I have a stress test to do in February. I cancelled the January one because I knew I would fail after just having Covid. I would like to work up to 2 miles by February. (fingers crossed)

I lost about 10 pounds with the Covid illness and gained 3 back. Would like to drop those pounds and another 5 before I see the cardiologist 3rd week of January.

I was watching this gal for the minimal planning pages she had ... but then she did a weight loss share ... it's the snacks in the house for me, too. Ug.

I'm getting back to my workouts, too. I do video workouts at home. I do some Leslie walking videos too. I try to use the old Nike motto "Just Do It!"

I can find too many excuses at the moment. It is too hot to walk, I am too tired, I am too busy. It is up to me to do the work so need to reassess and get to it.

Is there going to be a 2022 page. I'm in if so. I just need more mental support I think to keep going. I've come a long way, but my journey is far from over and I can't backtrack!!! I'm also up a few pound since Christmas. I'm starting with the next 7 days!! 7 consistant days!! It's just very hard aver splurging hard core for 2 weeks. My water aerobic teacher checked in with me as well to make sure I was doing okay because she hadn't seen me. I did commit to going back next week. Even with my granddaughter here I'm going to go. I told my brother I need him up to watch her on those 2 days. I feel by telling her I'll be there, at least I made a verbal commitment.
