I get Citicard rewards points and turn them into gift cards. Some I give as gift cards and some I use to shop which gives me more points....

I am hoping to continue with the supermarket rewards in 2026. Woolworths is one of the only supermarkets in Temora so will be silly not to continue. I get 10% off a shop twice a month plus added points towards my end of year total so would be silly not to continue.

Ended up with 769.00$ in grocery store rewards! So we went shopping! We are well stocked for the coming months. Spent 20$ for sales tax on 575$ in groceries. The rest husband will use to top off the gas tanks and I’ll do one more shopping trip on Monday for Christmas dinner.

Have not used the points from last year as yet and got another $20 today making a total of $300. Need to decide if we use the money or roll it over. I would ideally like to use it to buy more expensive items such a meat, cereal and cheese.

We have not used our rewards dollars from last year yet, we have $320 saved up for now. The cash is locked in for Christmas but if we want to use it we can adjust the settings to make it available.

None of the stores here offer rewards.

We’ve earned 49$ so far this year. As I said will not be anywhere near what we were earning the last 2 years. But anything is a help. Our rewards are only good for a year so I spend them all for my December shopping and start fresh in January.

We haven’t been paying attention to the points we are earning on our credit card. This is the card that was paying bonus points on our grocery perk card. To our surprise there was 500$ there. I decided to use it towards our card balance. Was a pleasant surprise.

Up to $380 on the rewards card. We were going to cash it in but have decided to keep it there in case things get really bad with what is happening in the middle east.

Have $63.00 on a supermarket card, the nearest store is 1 1/2 hours away. Will be going there Friday and using the rewards to boost the stockpile for later in the year, especially Summer items, beetroot, tinned corn, pickled cucumbers etc. Will need to look at the use by dates and make sure that they are good but tinned goods are normally ok.

Went to Wagga to spend our $63.00 rewards money. This is on a card from a supermarket that I would visit in Canberra, the nearest one out here is 1 1/2 hours away. I did a lot of research and spent just over the $63.00 and we have a lot of food for the stockpile that will help with meal plans over Winter and into the warmer months.
DH and I actully enjoyed shopping together and will probably go back towards the end of June and see what else they have.
I still have $420 on my other rewards card and will save that and hopefully a bit more for Christmas.
