Off to the big department store yesterday, my favourite shop and did some shopping. Got most things off my list plus a few more things. Some undies for DD, a jigsaw for DB, some tennis balls for DSIL and a few items for in stockings. Some foot scrub, some syrup for the soda stream and some jelly beans in different flavours. Got myself a new cutlery set, I am not sure where all my spoons and forks go.

Tidied the gift closet today, made some lists.

Found a 2000 piece puzzle for DS and DDIL at Michael's that was 20% off and a set of three headlamps - that you wear on your head - for DH. Slow but steady.

Got a coffee mug for my SIL with her initial on it.
At $General. Will save for her b-day. She said she realized all her coffee mugs were holiday themed so will be perfect.

Stocked up at Bath & Bodyworks semi-annual sale for cw, ladies groups presents.

With less than 200 days until Christmas 2022 we are all doing well with our gifts. I need to think of a few more gift ideas for DD and DSIL.

Ordered some electric tooth brushes off of amazon for the kids. They were on sale plus with a coupon code I got each one for less than $10 each.
Grabbed more bath and body works for stocking stuffers even after I said I wouldn't LOL

Picked up a few stocking fillers yesterday, all from the supermarket. Got DSIL a jar of pickled vegetables, Mum some of her favourite soup that was 1/2 price and got DH some window wash to put into the car washer bottle.
When we were at Costco I got DB and DSIL a 4 pack of bbq grill rubs and salts for $4.97 a pack. Will wrap as a small gift from the dogs.

All these little buys certainly add up don't they?
Stockings for me are OK, gifts are still a little behind.

Found a couple of candles at the bath body works sake for my son.
QVC has started doing some pre Christmas in July sales. Got luminara candles and pre ordered some candy (for December delivery) as gifts.
Husband found some things for our son and tossed them in the gift closet (not sure what they are). He also got him a Sony speaker that is rechargeable. The sound on it is excellent.
We will spend some time this weekend sorting through all our gifts to see where we are and what, if anything else, we need.

I've bought some second-hand lego sets that don't come with a box. Does anyone have any ideas of how to wrap them?

If they came in a plastic bag I would transfer the sets to plastic container. On top of the container you can than put a picture of the item. This would make it easier to wrap.
Another idea is to simply put them together in a cardboard box to wrap or into a drawstring bag and let the bag be the wrappin.
