I have done an online order from my favourite department store. Mainly things for next year. Got DD some colouring in books and pencils and I got DSonIL a jigsaw puzzle. These will be put away for their birthdays in January. I often struggle with their birthdays as they are so soon after Christmas. Glad to have them done.

I have been filling my gift closet all week. I have one item being delivered today, and another is scheduled for early October. I do want to go to the mall to a store my dgds love. It's called Miss A. Will get some hair clips for them. I got a Harry Potter watch for DGD(14), but it is masculine, so I'll try to find a different watchband for it.

I have 2 "together" gifts for Josh and Jin and one separate gift for each of them. One gift for DH.

A good number of generic gifts but not enough for family.

Picked up some dark chocolate bars for the kids at Aldi.

Sewing kit with css needle case, css pin cushion and two scissors holders finished and in the tub. A knitted hat for DGD for next year is also in there. Four coasters and hot chocolate mixes have also been added. Just need marshmallows for the hot chocolate kits and two gift cards for the grandchildren gifts to be done.

Just picked up some icy poles (we call them zooper doopers). They will be a gift to DSonIL from Pippa the dog. Also found some hand sanitiser in a lavender scent, maybe for Mum.

Got some earrings for oldest niece, some for Teigan and a couple bag clips for Jaymee (1 chili pepper and other a squirrel). Also got a couple ornaments at Cracker Barrel and finally found a volleyball ornament at Hobby Lobby. They had one. Normally you find baseball, soccer, football and basketball items but volleyball not so much.

I am considering doing simmer pots for my girls on my list. I want to source beautiful vintage pots and then use cello bags to assemble yummy smelling ingredients for them to make their house smell wonderful. It would be for my daughters in law, my bestie’s daughter in law and whoever’s name I draw on Hubs’ side of the family. I have a template to print tags and would use beautiful card stock to print and ribbon to tie. Thoughts? Age range is 24-35 on the “girls”.

Got DSonIL some cherry coke which is his favourite. It is hard to find it here without having to order it.

Ordered the younger one the leather bracelet, bought the older one a Hawaiian shirt, put an item on the list for husband.

Pillows are on sale everywhere at the moment and we probably need to rotate some new ones in soon.
