Gingerbread houses

Got a quick question.. does anyone know how long those gingerbread house kits are good for? We bought one last month but never had time to do it. It is still unopened and I could not find any dates on it. Would it be good until next Christmas? If not we just may do it the next good snow day and turn it into Frosty's wonderland?

Minta, I know that our gingerbread houses may not be the same at all but the "useby date" on mine say April. I hope that helps.

Thanks... I looked on the box we had and could not find a use by date. We are going to set it up and decorate as a winter wonderland for our Superbowl party.

As long as you are not going to eat it I think it would be fine.
