I wouldn't do this either. I want a chair instead. Emailed it to my DH that I wanted this for my birthday gift. Yep, I see it out in the front yard over looking my heart garden. It's so me. tfs

There are low growing flowers or herbs that could make good ground cover instead of grass. I'm thinking lemon thyme. I use to have a website saved that was seeds for flowers that were only a few inches high. Some kind of carpet of flowers. I'll have to hunt for it sometime.

That is a riot!

I thought the 'bed' idea was odd (old metal headboard and footboard with flower bed in the middle), but this wins.

When I moved off the farm I sold my "garden bed frame". It was a child's frame. Was really pretty with wild flowers planted "in it".

I have a little girls denim dress and a little boys denim overalls that I will plant something in to hang on the porch. I'll just sew up the bottom opening and insert a pot into the outfits. Will have to plant some kind of trailing flowering plant in them. Would look nice hanging on a porch in the winter.
