These would make a great gift for any campers on your list. Dh and I would buy fire starters when we camped with our kids, years ago.

I found this recipe for Fireside Coffee Mix, which could be given with some of these fire starters for a lovely gift.

FIRESIDE COFFEE

1 cup powdered creamer
1 cup powdered hot chocolate mix
2/3 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix together in large container and distribute into jars.

Instruction tag should read:

" Mix 3-4 heaping spoonfuls in a mug of hot water"

That is SUCH a great idea - and a different use for the lint than the compost heap!
