Invalid Birthdate

I can't update my profile to add any details because it keeps coming back invalid birthdate. I tried clearing the fields and putting my full birthdate in. It doesn't seem to matter if I hide or don't hide the information. I'd like to have my location in my profile, but I can't find a way around this issue.
