A busy week ahead here. I find it funny that some weeks are so busy and some not so. A nice balance I guess.
The week will see DS visit home. He will be here for work and I am excited to catch up. I will only have one day with him before I fly to Melbourne for DDA annual conference. I am so happy you get to see your son! Enjoy your visit.

It is a home day with nothing planned outside the house due to snow. I have been able to get to something from the home, self-care and spritual categories but the hobby is on the back burner for now. I am okay with that.

I am not only decluttering things from my home but things from my life that are making me unhappy. I generally keep my phone muted all day to begin with but now I'm trying to limit the time I "waste" by scrolling through the news feed and clicking on additional information. None of it benefits me. It's a form of procrastination that leads me to feel awful afterwards.

I am trying to reframe my procrastination so that I'm doing something meaningful if I procrastinate. This week I want to see about reading a chapter or wiping down walls if I don't feel like decluttering or doing house work.

Mary,
What happens when you have a snow day? DO you have to make up the time somewhere?

I am a great procrastinator, sometimes I get lost and have to pull myself back to task. I am trying to get the unpleasant chores out of the way early so I can then focus on more enjoyable tasks.

Working from home today. Cancelled a doc appt Wednesday because of the weather, couldn't reschedule til June. Crazy. I don't want to do any running around other than to/from work next two days. It's frigid. Will try to make more quilt blocks and do a little cleaning.

Yes, weeks are different ... this past week with the weird freezing weather ... I got off track and did a lot of cozy warm drinks and crocheting and not ... chores! LOL
