Cleaned off the side of the fridge. Tossed out old takeaway menus, receipts and some recipes, a whole lot of junk that was just living on my fridge. Looks heaps better now.

I just finished cleaning/reorganizing the craft/sewing room. DD got me started and I figured out a plan. We put shelving on the wall and they are filled with shoe size boxes. I tried to get rid of things and should have done more but fabrics are always hard to part with.

Dawn at my house it counts.
Sorted my bin with quilt backings and batting scraps Some of the batting is going to my cousin for her project, some to my friend who makes the charity quilts and the rest in the trash. I have several rolls of batting here, I don’t need to save the scraps. Now I have room in my bin for more quilt backings lol!

It's kitchen drawer day here. I have 3 kitchen drawers full of gadgets and bits and bobs. Do I really need that strawberry huller, 25 tea towels?
Will see what I can get out the door and help make my life a little simpler.

I moved out 15 or so shipping boxes that were saved from Christmas for college move in days. Now that the move in days are over, I got the boxes into recycling. Ahhh...:)

Jampss I've also been watching the minimal mom and the January declutter playlist. I'm not quite at the point that they are but every incentive helps.

Crank radio is in recycling... the plastic had gone all sticky, had looked on youtube how to fix that but nothing really worked and then one of the buttons fell in... so out it goes.
Also threw out a foam puzzle that was starting to fall apart.

I went through the drawer of sales circulars and coupons from January and recycled them. I have a bunch of plastic grocery bags that Dd is taking back to college for her trashcan.

I'll have to check out The Minimal Mom.
