In front of my computer
One massive framed item my MIL gifted years ago that I have no place for. It's a two color laser cut paper "quilt" wall hanging with all the blocks labeled. Had it in my sewing room til we converted that into a bedroom. Not special to me but I do feel a twinge of guilt.
You are blessing someone else with this item. Just passing on the love.

More paper and packaging was in the bin. The bin was full so we must have tossed a bit.

This evening I went through the closet in my bathroom. I have like 10 large bottles of peroxide and 10 jars of Vicks!!! I have all the lotions together and the shampoo and conditioners. Combined the q-tips to one container.

I got rid of:

over 20 containers that were empty or near empty and dumped what was expired. Some lids to whatever containers that weren't in there.

have 20 items in a bag for mom (I buy bath and body or whatever and seems I don't like it after awhile so I send to her and see if she wants. Lotions, soap, shower gel, gave her a Vicks and peroxide)

Have a new Johnson's Baby Lotion I will take for my co-worker--travel size (her grandson is due 1-18)

Have a couple of body washes for Ryan to take to his bathroom and also a peroxide he can take to work if they would need

I've spent a bit of time each day this week in the basement. I put two trash bags worth of stuff into the trash. It's not worth blessing anyone with it. I had a bunch of items to recycle. I've got at least two grocery bags of donations to make at some point.

Vanity top is done;

Mostly it was just putting stuff where it belonged.

A few empty containers, some trash, and some make-up back to Teigan's room.

A tiny used candle jar will go to DD. A new body scrub will be donated. I do not care for the scent.

Cleaned pantry out today and had some expired food. I don't think as much as usual so I am getting better not buying as much to store and/or using it. Some was probably still good but if expired date it went.

I believe I decluttered 5 out of 7 days this week! Besides the weekend I only get a few hours in the evening.

Some old notes were torn out of notebooks, my 2023 diary was torn out and put in the compost bin. Some screen wipes will go into DS stocking. 2 small games have gone into the box for Canberra. Will be donated to the church fete.

Gobs of plastic bags for recycling (huge garbage sack stuffed full). Man, they multiply fast! Lots from Christmas gifts and food I guess.

Ryan will take a 2 liter bottle of Mt. Dew, pack of foam cups and a gallon bag full of suckers to work for people.
