It's another week of doing the bare minimum. Lots of extra activities going on around here. I started on some of the list last night and early this morning. I will most likely not get to the rest of it until the end of the week.

  • Clean Bathrooms.
  • Pay bills - Dental Bill; Tuition;
  • Correspondence: Family History group; Austen Book Club; RSVP
  • Appts: Work meeting Tuesday;
  • Menu Planning
    • Menu plan for upcoming week.
    • Check that ingredients for planned meals are in the house.
    • Make a grocery list.
    • Buy groceries.
    • Food Prep: Cut up onions, peppers and carrots for upcoming meals.
  • FlyLady: Mudroom Room & Laundry area
    • Sweep
    • Dust
    • Wipe down washer and dryer
    • Empty Trash can
  • Do weekly reflection.
  • Staple reflection papers to the planner pages.

Today I worked on getting papers from my old planner sorted and organized. The new planner started on July 1st. It's been busy catching up with people and appointments these last few weeks. I'm hardly home to get work done. It's been a nice break and change of pace but it's starting to get to me.

I feel the need to have a big old hour of writing out everything on my mind that needs to get done. I find that once it leaves this brain of mine, I feel so much better.

Katrina, how are you doing with the wedding preparations? The wedding is in October, isn't it? Are you happy with the way things are progressing?

Mary, I think things are going well. DD and DFSIL are very sensible and very organised. We have make up and hair trials in the next few weeks and then not too much really until the big day. Yes, you are right, October 21st.
