Hi all,

What's cooking at your house today?

I saw a mention of pot roast in the slow cooker on the daily thread. I made Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce. So, I'm hoping to have that over spaghetti with veal parmesan. I was planning on fried zucchini too, but that may have to wait until tomorrow.

Lisa - First let me say how impressed I am that you are two days in after the move and already cooking such fabulous meals! What a lucky family you have!

Tonight I don't know what we are eating. :0( I fell off the meal planning bandwagon some time ago and now I just can't seem to get my feet back underneath me.

I defrosted a corned beef- so I'm going to boil that up.
Serve with potatos, and a salad

Should last for a couple of days.

we had grilled porc chops, with potatoes for dh & potato salad for the rest of us. Dessert was strawberries & some yogourt.
