We don't meal plan but your meals sound delicious Lisa. I don't remember what we ate last week but wanted to follow the thread for ideas.

My menu is a one-pot wonder since I use the CrockPot or make a casserole on the weekends for the week ahead for lunches and dinners.
July 5-11 - CrockPot Pot Roast with Potatoes and Carrots for lunches; Sausage, Spinach, and Egg Casserole for dinners
July 12-18 - Another CrockPot Roast (but I started this one by searing the meat in my new Dutch Oven when it arrived, so much yummier), Buffalo Drumsticks with a salad for dinners
Weekend meals are BLTs (in lettuce wraps) or tuna (in lettuce wraps) for lunches; Steak, Baked Potatoes, and Sautéed Mushrooms for dinners
Coming up:
July 19-25 - Lamb Korma for lunches, BBQ Pork with Roasted Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts for dinners

It's pretty boring cooking for one but the New Primal and Tessemae's dressings have an amazing array of sauces that really jazz up the flavors and keep me on the Whole 30!

We have been terrible about eating out this month. I said last night was the last time and we are going to cook the rest of the month. We'll see if it happens.

I would eat out a lot more if there was a Chipotle closer than 30 minutes away. I had their Whole 30 Lifestyle Bowl - supergreens, chicken or pork, fajita veggies, tomato salsa, and guacamole - AMAZING!

Country Pasta. Love it. Wasn't the recipe from your mom? @MrsSoup

Yes! I tried to make it like she does with broccoli and the entire family refused to eat it, so I have to leave the broccoli out. haha
