The June Rudolph Day marks the half way mark to Christmas!
I hope you will enjoy some Rudy Day fun this month!

Movie:
Hallmark's Movie's and Mysteries Channel will be kicking Christmas in July off a bit early with a Merry Movie Week, beginning
on Friday, June 24th. Right in line for our Rudy Day- How did they know ?!
Please see schedule below. If you do not have this channel, see if there is a movie on the list that you have access to that you can watch and enjoy.

Magazine:
I discovered this lovely independently published (no ads!) magazine called Taproot a few years ago.
They issue quarterly and each issue has a theme. For example: Imagine, Refresh, Nest, Calm
They always have crafts, cooking, gardening, articles about family memories or memories of childhood.
Interesting things like wild apple picking and the different varieties you can find.
You can order single issues if you want to see what one is like.
Check them out here: You can click through and see what the articles are like.

Book:
The Christmas Bookshop by Jenny Colgan
The book centers around two estranged sisters reconnecting over the Christmas holiday.
This author looks like she has several Christmas books. Has anyone read any of them?

YouTube:
How to make a homemade bath bomb. Last year I did Bath salts so this year I went with the bomb.

Music:

Andrea Bocelli, My Christmas
Beautiful music

Pinterst:
Christmas Table Centerpieces

WOW Annie. A lot of exciting things for Junes Rudy Day. I cannot wait to sit down and read it all.

I haven’t heard of this month’s book selection author, but our library has a lot of her downloadable and audio books, including The Christmas Bookshop. This one does sound good. I’m starting the prologue now.

Happy Rudolph day everyone! I just now realized it was today.
Have somethings going on today so I’m thinking tomorrow will go through gifts with my husband and listen to some Christmas music.
The magazine looks interesting and I could use some updating on my center pieces.

I just finished the movie A Gift to Remember from the Hallmark lineup. It was so good! And I'm working on next year's CIJ ornaments - well, they were supposed to be for this year, but...ahem...you know...
