Tuesday:DH choice
Wednesday: Seasoned chicken, corn cobs, boiled potato with sour cream and chives
Thursday: Chicken enchiladas with lettuce, tomatoes, corn and salsa
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Toasted sandwiches
Sunday: Zucchini and bacon fritatta (make enough for lunches)

Monday- Asiago and Herb Crusted Chicken with Green Beans and Red Peppers (our last Home Chef meal- we have been impressed so far)

Friday- On the boat for fireworks
