Every time I get on the House and Holiday plan website, it stops loading. It won't do anything. Then I get the "Unresponsive" thing and have to kill it.

Does this happen to anyone else?

I can't even scroll down on the site :/

No, I haven't had problems. Maybe your router needs to be reset. Sometimes that helps me.

I had that problem a few moments ago. I just shut my laptop and restarted it. It seems to be working fine now.

Yes -- Couldn't log in the last couple days. Just kept hanging. Got in this morning after rebooting. Still a bit slow but working now.
