So glad you hear that you all did well! :)

I'm on YouTube looking at DIY 2022 Planner pages ... and researching this "mood tracker" and "habit tracker".
Here's one video I'm watching ...

Interesting, will put some thought into this as I do want to establish a better morning routine. I tend to jump down rabbit holes and time gets away from me. This will help with my word of the year -- Mindful

I will sit down later this week and look at my goals for 2022, I try to set at least 10-20 things that I would like to achieve, some small some bigger.

This got me thinking of goals for the new year. I don't think I could do "habit tracking" but I can write down my goals each week & month. Writing down goals each week & month is a goal. Not even joking.
I usually start out strong, then just fizzle out.

Laura, join in with us here!.
My lists are much the same week by week but I find by writing them here and sharing my thoughts with the other posters I seem to be able to keep on track more.

Yes! Do join in here!

As for goals, I've found that I have to break goals down into small, attainable steps. Each step counts as part of the goal. Maybe for you and your goal setting, you're goal is to write a goal for something you really want to do for you for the month of January. Then break it down into weekly steps of how you're going to reach that goal.
