I love the brunch idea! I will how ever be one of those out there at 4am or will be working watching the madness from the retailer's side. I might still use some of the food ideas to pack up and take along. We usually have coffee or hot cider but we are always hungry.

Re: the time and temp for the mini quiches (sorry-I should have thought about that...) I cook them at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes...but you'll need to check them at about 12 minutes to make sure they are not getting too done. Some ovens might require 18 minutes or so...but 15 is good in mine. They are fast as well as yummy!
