We can do it! we can do it! we can do it!

What are your declutter plans for March?
I will start my spring deep-cleaning so I'll get rid of stuff as I go.

March De-clutter Area

Yes, we can do it!

DS10 had a play date this afternoon and I've been a busy bee! I finished not only Feb's de-clutter, but started March! I got two Trader Joe bags of clothes for the thrift shop!

Yay!

De-Clutter Areas
January – Homeschool Books
February – Craft Box of UFO’s
March – My clothes (closet, t-shirts, sweaters, pj’s)

It feels like CENTURIES since I've tossed anything -- but really it has only been 2 weeks. Yesterday I we did a 15 minute family-declutter. Three D's: Drawers, desk and dog toys! Amazing what can be done in 15 minutes. There are buds on the trees here (watch it snow and kill them off this week), and it makes me want to clean house!!

This month it's got to be cleaning out paperwork, which is kind of a side project to doing the taxes..I usually try to get all that organized in January, but been having to work alot, so it has all slipped..but April 15 is coming!

Every morning when I take out clothes for the day I am looking at another five items to see what I can get rid of. Took out two tops for the thrift store today. Little by little it will get done.

My charity boxes were filling up but not leaving the house (in weeks). Did a special trip the other night to just get it DONE (half hour drive). Then decided my car was cluttered too so cleaned that out as well. Check those off the list! Relatives coming again in May so just got a deadline to shoot for to make another big push on the house and garden.

Cindylouwho, I bet you feel so good about getting those declutter boxes out of the way. And you smile every time you get into your car.

DD got a new chest of drawers because her old set fell to bits. Not all of her clothes fitted into the new drawers so a few things went out the door. the weather is cooler here now so I am decluttering at the same time as doing winter prep.

Have 2 Wal-Mart bags stuffed with bath items (gels, lotions, salts, feet care items, fizzes, bombs, ect.) to go to moms. She will take what she wants and then to my 2 nieces.

I have thrown out ALOT of paper recipes this month. DH and son was amazed I was pitching them. I do mean ALOT. I have saved ones from first married and never tried. (that was in 80)
