Oh! This sounds yummy. How do you make it?
Olive Cheese Bread -- It's a Pioneer Woman / Ree Drummond recipe that she has in her first cookbook (at least, possibly in others) and she's had it on her Food Network show recently. Sometimes, I'll make a half-recipe using a hoagie / sub roll and serve it with a salad. I've also served this as an appetizer (cut into 1-2" slices). It meets the need when I'm having cravings for something salty. https://www.thepioneerwoman.com/food-cooking/recipes/a11730/olive-cheese-bread/

Jampss ~ I’m not actually referring to “kuchen” as what I’m making. I’m referring to the German term for afternoon coffee and cake. Our DSonIL is German and we love the idea of having dessert in the afternoon when it can be enjoyed more than getting stuffed after dinner. We usually don’t eat dinner when we have kaffee und kuchen … or something very light.

I'm using up things and leftovers this week. One dish for sure ... will be the bechamel sauce with hard boiled eggs over toast! We LOVE this now!

In front of my computer
Monday-pasta with Calabrian Shrimp. Was in the Parade insert on Sunday. Was ok for me but DD loved it. Even added more hot sauce.
Tuesday- Veggie Tacos - first day of work for the new Life Coach.
Wednesday-Japanese Rice Bowl (another veggie meal for LC)
Thursday- Take Out
Friday- working on making a veggie burger recipe for LC, thinking I’ll be layering different veggies instead of chopping and mixing it. Mixing up some mashed potatoes for some patties, a grilled mushroom, roasted red pepper and humus. Then pickles, cucumbers and anything else we like. Will check my onion ring to see if they are something she will eat. LC is not only medically gluten free but by choice meat and dairy free.
Saturday-Probably be ready for a Prime rib dinner
Sunday- Leftover prime rib on crackers with veggies and fruit
