I had two huge projects to deal with this week at work and school. Home life is just getting by with minimal work. I am giving myself lots of grace. I'm using a method called Pomodoro. It's 25 minutes of work and 5 minutes of break. It's great to follow when the work is tedious and detailed oriented. After 4 sessions, you take a 15 minute break. I use an extension on my browser when I'm on the computer. During those 5 minute breaks, I weed the garden, exercise or work on something from my list. It's helping me feel like I'm getting something done around the house.

Priority
  • Word of Year: Release
  • Stretches/Cardio
  • Journal
  • Homework
Secondary
  • Pay bills:
  • Correspondence: Family History group;
  • Appts:
  • Weekly Cleaning: Vacuum, Dust, Mop, Empty trash cans, Bathrooms
  • Monthly Cleaning: Master Bedroom
    • Dust.
    • Vacuum.
    • Clean Windows.
    • Declutter room.
    • Shred papers.
  • Yard work: Weeds, Branch pick up
  • Laundry
