The weeks are absolutely flying by now. Last week was another unexpected week of set backs as DH and I both contracted Covid. We were doing so well to avoid it but in the end it got us. Overall though I am not in too bad a position and am feeling a little better this week so hoping to keep momentum going in the last few weeks before Christmas.

Water throughout day,
Shower/bath at night,
Moisturise,
Brush teeth,
Lip balm,
Hand cream,
Clean kitchen and DW on before bed.
Read and sleep at reasonable time.

So glad to hear that you are on the mend, Katrina. After having a mild case with cold like symptoms but with loss of smell and taste after Christmas, I think the "Slow and steady wins the race" philosophy for healing helped me. I pushed myself to get outside for walks when I didn't "feel" like it. But they were slow, steady walks that increased slowly each day in time and distance. As you said, hydrating is key.

My main goal this week is focusing the HHP and preparing for Thanksgiving week.

  • Appts: Mon. - Afterschool Pick Up; Tues. - Afterschool Pick Up; Wed. - Early Drop off, Afterschool Pick Up; Thursday - Early Drop off, Morning Meeting, Afternoon Meeting;
  • Weekly Cleaning: Vacuum, Dust, Mop, Empty trash cans, Bathrooms
  • Monthly Cleaning: Bathrooms and Laundry Area
  • Yard work: Winterize garden Dh did this for me. :)
