For November 3-9:
Breakfasts: Oatmeal with dried cranberries, pecans
Lunches: Soup with Beef (I used ground turkey), bow tie pasta and spinach.
Super easy recipe and very comforting.
Dinners:
* Baked cod in foil with stewed tomatoes and onions. Another foil packet with: yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms.
* Turkey tenderloin- breaded and served with heated cranberry sauce.
