I chopped the chicken into bite size pieces. The same with the broccoli. Tossed them both with olive oil, sprinkled with salt and pepper and some orange juice. Baked in a hot oven until the broccoli was a little brown and by them the chicken was done. Then toss with a very good fresh parmesan cheese (I was out of parm so I just used shredded Colby).Diedra,this sounds good, how do you prepare this please?
