October 2025 Decluttering Club

I have my box of odds and ends (cable cords, tupperware items from my sister's, electronic gadgets, clothes from friends when they declutter) in my laundry room that I dump stuff into and when it's full, I take it to the Humane Society thrift store (were we got Axl cat).

It's getting full so a trip there soon is coming!

Still going through some sacks here and there.

Found a bag of clothes that are to small for Teigan. Either to the foster home or Goodwill they will go.

I picked 5 books to donate to the used bookstore.

Ryan cleaned in his room. He has:

a bag of trash to burn
a sack of flannel shirts and few jackets to give to a friend

I threw a few more things into donation box. Hoping to work in my room some the next 2 days and go through some more sacks so should get more into it.

Extra cleaning rags bagged to take to the church.

Got through the table and also all receipts snapped on Fetch and threw old ones away.

Have an item bagged to take back to Hobby Lobby and then 8 (maybe 9--still deciding on 1 item) back to Wal-Mart.

While cooking last night, I pulled some condiments and dressings from the refrigerator door.
Got rid of a dressing that had a 2021 date. SMH.
I clean out the fridge several times a year but tend to ignore the fridge door.
Last night got rid of: 3 dressings, a tartar sauce, a mustard.

Box was dropped at Goodwill, item back to Hobby Lobby and items back to Wal-Mart.

Cleaned out the car before giving it to DD. Sorted through it and have it in a bag for the new car. We will trade cars with DD and take hers to Carmax for a quote for selling. The trade back. We got the new tires put on today, but want to get it detailed before we give it to her.

One 2012 SUV to the dealership.

1 fog machine - sold on marketplace
1 smoking cauldron will be given to lady who bought the fog machine.
Will have to see if I have other things to get rid of, she said she would be interested in buying if I have more.

At work they are asking for used books... I gave a few bags away a few weeks back. will look at what I have might be able to find a few more to give away.

Working in bedroom (need more time than just today) and have thrown away some old underwear of mine and Allen's, old bra and quite abit of paper from the desk.

Combining gifts into boxes and sacks so emptying out sacks and boxes.

Finding items to donate.

DH took some electronics to the Men's shed.

Helping my dad and stepma purge their storage units in preparation to move in January. We tossed, donated, and organized stuff and things and LOTS of boxes.

Just cleaned my bathroom. Tossed some empty or nearly empty deodorant and other bottles. Found a few new items that I will not use so will donate those to the library giving tree.

Just enlisted an empty Chewy box for a donation box in the corner of my family room.
