Can the PC potato peeler be sharpened? I contacted the supervisor who did the party from which I purchased the peeler - & she didn't know!! SOOOO, here I am Mine's getting a little sluggish so I'm hoping it can be sharpened. I googled & got data on knife sharpeners from PC, but not what I needed! Any help/suggestions? TIA

UPDATE: I had googled before posting the original, but went back to Google & used "vegetable peeler" rather than "potato peeler". Find a web site CHOW - a sous chef from a LA restaurant demonstrated how to sharper a peeler using an inexpensive paring knife. Maybe this will help us all........if anyone knows a better way, please post.
