so far so good... have the red carpet the elves are going to put out to welcome dd home from college, have a "balloon basket/balloon" for the elves to arrive in, they are going to bring the magic 8 ball (with a twist...santa's naughty or nice ball) I think this year there will be a north pole breakfast since she'll be home from college and all.
