As I have mentioned I have made these for our Breakfast for Dinner the past 2 Halloween's and the kids truly enjoy it!!!

I'd really like to try these. I just have one problem. Every time there is a can of pumpkin in the house it gets used for that darn pumpkin pie pudding!

I'm making plain pancakes for dinner tonight because of that problem.

Made these yesterday. Very good! I've used another pumpkin pancake recipe for years, but I like these better - I'm tossing the old one and keeping this one!
