Slowly transitioning to red, white, and blue. I, too, have been looking for some upgrades. I hope when I'm off on Monday that I can do some leisurely browsing.

I updated to summer--red,white and blue--yesterday. Just need to get my flowers and do the back porch and that will be done.

I love the sound of all of your Summer red, white and blue.

I did the mantle before my surgery but I still want to do my tiered tray in the DR and maybe some stuff outside.

Time this week for me to put away Autumn and pull out Winter. I do not have a lot, simple items. Throw rugs, will change the cushion covers and tea towels. Will change the bed to the flannelette sheets over the weekend. Time to snuggle in.

I'm surprised there's not more red white and blue in stores. I remember 1976, it seems everything was patriotic - decor, clothes, car trim...bicentennial minutes on TV... Maybe it was just my impression at the time. I was 14 that summer. Sigh. Seems like yesterday and yet a lifetime ago.

Isn't this year a big year for the U.S? I thought that the red, white and blue decor would be everywhere ahead of the celebrations.

I found an outside porch pillow and doormat at Kirkland's that is red, white, and blue. Both were 50% off.

I thought there would be a bigger emphasis, too. :(

Since I haven't been able to shop, since I haven't been able to drive, I haven't noticed. Guess I'm glad that the stuff I've saved still looks good.

Does anyone know if HL has gone to 40% off yet for the 4th?
